The office is very clean with has a calming and serene environment. The staff is well informed and highly professional. My pass experiences with other dentist office weren't comforting and now finding Dr. Demissie office has restored my belief and care to complete my upcoming care.

I am truly blessed and grateful for Dr. Amy and staff. I lived in Banning awhile back and became her patient there. I recommended my church members to Dr. Amy ...indeed a few of them also became patients in the Banning office. I recently relocated and now visit th San Bernardino office it's a distance from Ontario where I live..but it's worth it. Thank you team for your attentiveness and care.

I had a terrible toothache and called to make an appointment at another dentist walking distance from my house. I was left on hold very long on three separate occasions by a very rude receptionist. I never even got around to asking any questions after giving up being on hold for so long. I almost walked over in person but decided they were not worth my business. So I jumped on Google and found Dr. Amy. She had very good reviews and when I called to ask questions, I was greeted by a very kind and friendly gentleman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. So I made an appointment. I was not disappointed. Offices don’t realize that sometimes the front of house reflects the whole business. Dr. Amy’s staff were super friendly, kind, understanding, and really made me feel valued. Dr. Amy herself has the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in a dentist. She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure that I knew what was happening at all times, and that my experience was as pain-free as possible. I’m already recommending her to all of my family in the San Bernardino area. Highly recommend! 100 stars!
